Membership Policies
At The Skin Method, we want our memberships to be simple, flexible, and transparent. Please review the following terms:
Billing
Memberships are billed automatically on the same day each month.
Commitment
A 3-month minimum commitment is required; after that, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis.
Rollover Policy
You may roll over one unused service per quarter. Rollover services must be used within 90 days.
No-Shows
A missed appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of that month’s service.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership any time after the 3-month minimum with 30 days’ written notice. (Required by Maine law.)
Freezing
Memberships may be frozen once per year for up to 2 consecutive months, with written notice.
Sharing
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Changes
The Skin Method reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice
